This is an independent information site about Conquestador Casino, written for Canadian players. We are not the casino: we cannot open, close or pay out an account, and the links that take you to the operator are affiliate links.

Regulators’ registers
The MGA licensee register for the licence and the iGaming Ontario operator list for Ontario. A licence is only printed if the register shows it.
The operator’s T&Cs
Bonus amounts, wagering, maximum bets and expiry come from the casino’s own terms, not from banners. Where the terms and a banner disagree, the terms win.
The cashier
Payment methods, minimums and timings come from the cashier a Canadian account sees. That is why Google Pay is absent here and why the C$100 MuchBetter minimum is spelled out.

When a link or the casino site does not work

- Conquestador left Ontario on 13 April 2026, so Ontario addresses are not accepted. In other provinces, check the sign-up page for your region; our status page explains the details.
- The casino site will not load at all
- Try another browser, a private window or mobile data, and clear the cache. If it still fails, the status page lists the next steps.
- A withdrawal requested on Friday has not moved
- That is normal: withdrawals are not processed at weekends. Requests sit in pending for 0 to 24 hours on working days, then e-wallets take 0 to 1 hour and cards 24 to 72 hours.
- You cannot log in or verification is stuck
- Open the casino’s live chat, available 24/7 in English and French among other languages. There is no phone line, so chat is the fastest route.
