Conquestador payment methods cover every route a Canadian player normally asks about: Interac e-Transfer straight from a bank account, pay-by-bank through Trustly and iDebit, debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, five e-wallets, three prepaid vouchers and two cryptocurrencies. The account runs in Canadian dollars, so a C$50 deposit shows up as C$50 in your balance with no conversion in between.
The cashier sits behind the Deposit button once you are logged in. You choose a method, type an amount, and a short payment window from your bank or wallet opens on top of the casino. For almost every method the money is in your balance before you close that window. The only exceptions are the two cryptocurrencies, which wait for network confirmations first.
Withdrawals follow one fixed pattern. Each request goes into a pending queue for up to 24 hours while the payments team checks it, then the money leaves the casino. From that point the speed depends on the method: e-wallets are the quickest, usually inside an hour, and cards take 24 to 72 hours because the card network settles in batches. Payouts are handled on weekdays, which is worth remembering when you plan a Friday cashout.
The figures on this page are the same ones the homepage uses. I went through them again on 24 Sep 2026 against the casino's cashier list and the payment listings kept by Casino Guru and AskGamblers. Where a method has no published maximum, I say that the ceiling is set in the cashier instead of guessing a number.
Tip: the method you deposit with is usually the method you withdraw to. Pick a method that pays out (Interac, an e-wallet or crypto) from the start, and your first cashout will have fewer steps.
Bank rails: Interac e-Transfer, Trustly and iDebit
Most Canadians fund a casino straight from their chequing account, and Conquestador supports three ways to do that. Interac e-Transfer is the one most players use, Trustly suits bigger single deposits, and iDebit is a bank-login alternative that many players already have set up.
Interac e-Transfer: the default choice
Conquestador interac deposits run from C$10 to C$5,000 per transaction, arrive instantly and carry no casino fee. The same rail works for withdrawals, which makes e-Transfer the simplest round trip on the site: money leaves your bank, lands in your balance, and later goes back to the same account. You do not need a card, a separate wallet or any new login beyond your own online banking.
Choose Interac in the cashier
Open Deposit, pick Interac e-Transfer and type an amount between C$10 and C$5,000. Use C$20 or more if you want the welcome offer.
Under a minute
Confirm the payer details
The payment window may ask for your name and the email or mobile number on your e-Transfer profile. Use the same name that is on your casino account and your bank profile.
About a minute
Approve it in your bank
Follow the prompt into your online banking or banking app and approve the transfer to the recipient shown. Keep the reference exactly as given.
One to three minutes
Check your balance
The deposit normally shows up at once. If it has not arrived after a few minutes, keep the bank confirmation and ask live chat to trace it.
Instant in most cases
Withdrawing with Interac
For a cashout, open Withdraw, choose Interac and enter at least C$20. The request goes through the usual 0 to 24 hour pending check, then the payment is sent to the account linked to your e-Transfer profile. Many Canadian banks accept incoming transfers automatically when autodeposit is switched on. If yours does not, you will get a notice by email or text and accept it in your banking app. Your first Interac withdrawal also waits for identity verification, covered further down.
Trustly: pay by bank with higher ceilings
Trustly is an open-banking service. Instead of sending a transfer, you pick your bank in a Trustly window, log in with your usual banking credentials and approve a one-off payment. At Conquestador it takes deposits from C$10 up to C$10,000, the highest ceiling of any non-crypto method on the site, and it is free and instant. Trustly never stores your banking password for the casino. It only passes a confirmed payment and the account holder's name, which is also why the name on the bank account has to match your casino profile.
Trustly is also listed as a withdrawal method. When you cash out this way, the money goes back to the bank account you paid from, after the standard pending period. How quickly it then appears depends on your bank's processing, which is why the cashier shows the estimate rather than a fixed figure.
iDebit: the bank-login alternative
iDebit works in a similar way. You log in to your online banking through the iDebit page, approve the payment, and the deposit lands in your balance. Players who already have an iDebit profile from other sites often prefer it because the flow is familiar. The C$10 site minimum applies, and the upper limit is set in the cashier and by your own iDebit profile. Since InstaDebit closed in February 2026, iDebit is one of the bank-linked options that took its place on Canadian cashiers.
Your bank sets its own daily and per-transfer limits for e-Transfer and online payments, and they are often below the casino's C$5,000 Interac ceiling. If a large deposit fails, check your bank's limit first, or split the amount across two days.
E-wallets: Jeton, Neteller, Skrill, MuchBetter and Payz
E-wallets are the fastest way to get winnings out of Conquestador. Once the 0 to 24 hour pending check is done, a wallet payout usually lands within the hour. Every wallet here takes deposits from C$10 and charges nothing on the casino side.
Jeton
Deposits from C$10 up to C$5,000, instant and free. Jeton is a common choice for Canadians who want a wallet that links to both a bank account and a card, and it pays out quickly once a withdrawal is approved.
Neteller and Skrill
Neteller covers deposits from C$10 up to C$8,000, the highest e-wallet ceiling on the site. Skrill is run by the same payments group and starts at C$10 as well; its upper limit is set in the cashier. Both pay out in Canadian dollars.
MuchBetter
An app-first wallet: you approve each payment on your phone, which many players like as an extra lock. Deposits start at C$10, but the minimum withdrawal is C$100, higher than the C$20 on every other method, so it suits larger balances.
Payz
The wallet formerly known as ecoPayz. Deposits start at C$10 and the ceiling is set in the cashier. Payz works both ways, so it is a tidy option if you already hold a balance there from other sites.
How to deposit and withdraw with an e-wallet
- Open or verify your wallet account first, in your own name, with the same email you might use for the casino. A verified wallet avoids holds on both sides.
- In the Conquestador cashier, choose the wallet, enter the amount and log in to the wallet in the pop-up window. Approve the payment; the balance updates at once.
- To cash out, choose the same wallet under Withdraw and enter C$20 or more (C$100 for MuchBetter). The first request waits for identity checks.
- After the pending period, the payout usually reaches the wallet within an hour. From there you can move it to your bank on the wallet's own terms.
One thing to keep in mind: the wallet provider may charge for its own services, such as loading the wallet from a credit card or moving money back to your bank. Conquestador does not add anything on top. Check the fee page of your wallet once, so the total cost of the round trip is clear before you start.
Debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay and vouchers
Visa and Mastercard work at Conquestador for deposits from C$10 up to C$3,000, instantly and with no casino fee. Card withdrawals are possible too and take 24 to 72 hours after approval. The practical question is which card you use.
If you want to pay by card, use a Visa Debit or Debit Mastercard linked to your chequing account. A casino deposit on a credit card is coded as gambling, and most Canadian issuers bill it as a cash advance, with a fee and interest from the same day.
Why the card type matters
Every card payment carries a merchant category code that tells the issuer what kind of business you paid. Online casinos use MCC 7995. Many Canadian credit-card issuers treat that code as a cash advance: a flat fee on each transaction, interest from the day of the payment and no grace period, even if you clear the full statement balance on time. Some issuers decline the code outright. None of this comes from Conquestador; it is how your card is set up. A debit card draws on money already in your account, so the cash-advance question simply does not arise.
Depositing and withdrawing by card
Choose Visa or Mastercard in the cashier, enter the card number, expiry and security code, and confirm the amount. Your bank may ask you to approve the payment in its app or with a one-time code. For a withdrawal, pick the same card and enter at least C$20. After the pending check, the payment reaches the card within 24 to 72 hours; the exact day depends on your issuer's settlement run. If your card cannot receive payouts, the cashier will offer another verified method, and Interac e-Transfer is the obvious fallback.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay is on the cashier for deposits from C$10 to C$2,000, instant and free. It is handy on an iPhone because you confirm with Face ID or Touch ID and never type a card number. It is deposit-only, so plan a separate route for withdrawals. Google Pay is not offered at Conquestador. Behind Apple Pay sits your actual card, so the debit-versus-credit point above still applies.
Prepaid vouchers: paysafecard, Neosurf and Flexepin
Vouchers are bought with cash or a card at a shop or online and carry a PIN you type into the cashier. They are a good budgeting tool: you cannot spend more than the voucher value, and no bank details are shared with the casino. All three are deposit-only at Conquestador, with the C$10 site minimum and a ceiling set by the cashier and the voucher value. If you win, you will need to add and verify a withdrawal method such as Interac or an e-wallet before the first cashout.
Crypto at Conquestador: Bitcoin and Tether
Conquestador crypto payments cover Bitcoin and Tether. Bitcoin deposits run from C$50 to C$20,000, the highest deposit ceiling on the site, and a deposit normally confirms in about 30 minutes.
The casino takes no fee on crypto. The blockchain does: every transaction pays a network fee to the miners or validators, and it is deducted in the coin you send. Your balance is shown in Canadian dollars, so the cashier converts the coins at the rate shown when the deposit is confirmed. Here is the flow from start to finish.
- Step 1
Open Deposit and choose Bitcoin or Tether. For Tether, the cashier also names the blockchain network the address belongs to. Note it before you do anything else.
- Step 2
Copy the deposit address (or scan the QR code) into your own wallet or exchange account. Never type the address by hand, and send only the coin the address was generated for.
- Step 3
Send an amount worth at least C$50 for Bitcoin, allowing for the network fee so what arrives still clears the minimum. Your wallet shows the fee before you confirm.
- Step 4
Wait for confirmations. Bitcoin usually shows up in around 30 minutes; a busy network can take longer. The transaction ID in your wallet is your proof of payment.
- Step 5
To cash out, choose the same coin under Withdraw, paste your own receiving address, enter at least C$20 and submit. After the pending check the coins are sent on-chain.
Two things are different from a bank payment. First, the value of Bitcoin moves while the coins are travelling, so the Canadian-dollar figure that lands can differ a little from what you planned. Tether is pegged to the US dollar, which removes most of that movement, though the conversion into C$ still follows the exchange rate. Second, a crypto payment cannot be reversed. A wrong address or a wrong network is usually unrecoverable, and support can only help if the coins actually reached the casino's wallet.
Tip: send a small test amount the first time you use a new address or network. It costs one extra network fee and removes the risk of losing a larger deposit to a typo or a network mismatch.
Why a payment is declined, and how to fix it
Most failed deposits at Conquestador have nothing to do with the casino itself. They come from a bank rule, a name mismatch or a limit somewhere in the chain. These are the cases players ask about most, with the fix for each.
- Credit card declined straight away
- Your issuer blocks gambling transactions coded MCC 7995, or only allows them as a cash advance. Switch to a Visa Debit or Debit Mastercard, or use Interac e-Transfer, which avoids the card network completely.
- Interac deposit fails above a certain amount
- You have hit your bank's own e-Transfer limit, not the casino's C$5,000 ceiling. Check the daily and per-transfer limits in your banking app, or send a smaller amount.
- Payment rejected with a name error
- The name on the bank account, card or wallet does not match the name on your casino account. Third-party payments are refused, so use a method registered in your own name.
- Amount refused in the cashier
- The amount is below the method's minimum (C$10 on most methods, C$50 on Bitcoin) or above its maximum. Adjust the figure; the cashier shows the range for each method.
- Withdrawal option missing
- You deposited with a deposit-only method such as Apple Pay, paysafecard, Neosurf or Flexepin. Add a withdrawal method (Interac, an e-wallet or crypto) and verify it.
- Withdrawal button greyed out
- Your balance is under C$20 (C$100 for MuchBetter), a bonus still has wagering to complete, or verification is not finished. Check the bonus section and the verification page in your account.
- Deposit blocked on account level
- You may have set a deposit limit or a time-out yourself, or you are trying from a province where registration is not open, such as Ontario since April 2026. Check your limits page, then ask live chat.
- Crypto deposit not credited
- It is still waiting for confirmations, it arrived below the C$50 minimum after the network fee, or it was sent on the wrong network. Share the transaction ID with live chat so they can trace it.
Live chat runs 24/7 in English and French, among other languages, and can see why a transaction failed on the casino's side. Have the time of the attempt, the method and the amount ready. For bank-side declines, a quick call to your bank's card or online-banking line is usually the faster route, because only they can lift a block.

Swipe the table sideways to see every column.
Every withdrawal first passes a 0 to 24 hour pending check, and the times in the last column start after that. The minimum withdrawal is C$20 on every method that pays out, except MuchBetter at C$100. For Interac, Trustly, iDebit and crypto the arrival time depends on your bank or the blockchain, so the cashier shows its own estimate when you submit. Bank wire transfer is not offered in either direction.
A quick way to read the table: if you want the fastest payout, fund with an e-wallet. If you want the fewest accounts, use Interac both ways. If you move larger sums, Trustly and Bitcoin carry the highest deposit ceilings. And if you want strict control over spending, a voucher caps each deposit at its face value.
Withdrawals: minimum, timing, limits and verification
Conquestador withdrawal methods are Interac e-Transfer, Trustly, iDebit, Visa and Mastercard, the five e-wallets and both cryptocurrencies. The rules below apply to all of them.
The Conquestador minimum withdrawal
You can request a payout once your withdrawable balance reaches C$20. MuchBetter is the one exception with a C$100 minimum, so if your balance sits between C$20 and C$99, pick Interac or another wallet instead. Bonus money only becomes withdrawable after its wagering is complete: the welcome offer carries 35x, the Weekly Reload 30x and the daily free spins 40x. The 15% weekly cashback, paid on Mondays, has no wagering at all, so it can be withdrawn like any cash balance.
How long a payout takes
Each request sits in pending for 0 to 24 hours while the payments team checks the account, the bonus status and the method. After approval, e-wallets usually receive the money within an hour and cards within 24 to 72 hours. Payouts are processed on weekdays only. In practice, a request made on Friday evening is usually approved on Monday, so if you want your money before the weekend, submit it early in the week. While a withdrawal is pending, leave it alone: cancelling it and playing the balance restarts the whole process.
Play each deposit through once
Like many casinos, Conquestador expects deposits to be played rather than just parked and withdrawn. Casino Guru lists a 15% administration fee on deposits that are withdrawn without being wagered. The rule is easy to meet: stake at least the amount you deposited before you ask for it back, and the fee never comes into play. It exists to stop the cashier being used as a money-transfer service. For a normal player who deposits to play, it simply never shows up.
Monthly withdrawal limit
Casino Guru lists a withdrawal limit of USD 5,000 per month. For most players that is far above what they will cash out in a month. If you land a large win, the balance is paid out across several months under that cap, so it is worth asking live chat for a payout schedule as soon as the win is confirmed.
Verification before the first cashout
Your first withdrawal triggers a standard know-your-customer check, required by the licence. Upload the documents early, right after your first deposit, and the first payout does not have to wait for them. Usually you will be asked for:
- Photo ID: a valid passport, driver's licence or provincial photo card, all four corners visible.
- Proof of address: a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and the address on your account.
- Proof of payment method: a card photo with the middle digits covered, a wallet screenshot, or a bank statement line for Interac and Trustly.
- For crypto: the wallet address you will withdraw to, and occasionally a screenshot showing that the wallet is yours.
How it looks on your bank statement
Players often search their statement for "Conquestador" and find nothing. That is normal. The line on your statement shows whoever took the payment, and at an online casino that is rarely the brand name.
Shows as an e-Transfer sent to the recipient named in the payment window, usually a payment processor rather than the casino brand.
The bank line names Trustly or iDebit, or the processor behind them, so the payment is easy to spot and reconcile.
Carries merchant category code 7995 (gambling). The descriptor is the operator's or processor's name, for example Mobile Incorporated Limited, the Malta company on the licence.
Your bank only sees the top-up to Jeton, Neteller, Skrill, MuchBetter or Payz. The casino payment appears inside the wallet's own history.
Nothing on your bank statement. The record is the transaction ID in your wallet and the purchase line at the exchange where you bought the coins.
Only the voucher purchase at the shop or website appears. The casino deposit itself leaves no trace in your bank account.
If you share a bank account or simply like tidy records, keep a note of the date, amount and method of each deposit. It makes reconciling your statement quick and also helps live chat trace a payment if one ever goes missing. The operator behind the licence, and the company Casino Guru now lists for the brand, are covered on the who owns Conquestador page.
Tip: the gambling code on card payments is also why some banks show casino deposits under cash advances in the monthly summary. If you see that line, it is the card, not the casino, and switching to debit or Interac removes it.
Common mistakes with Conquestador deposits and withdrawals
Almost every payment problem players describe comes down to a handful of avoidable slips. Here are the four that cost the most time, and what to do instead.
Mistake Depositing C$10 or C$15 and expecting the welcome offer to switch on.
Better The site takes deposits from C$10, but the welcome package of C$500 + 200 free spins needs at least C$20 on the first deposit. Decide before you pay whether you want the bonus, and read its 35x wagering first.
Mistake Funding the account with Apple Pay or a voucher and only thinking about withdrawals after a win.
Better Those methods are deposit-only. Add and verify Interac, an e-wallet or a crypto address early, so the first cashout is not held up by an extra step.
Mistake Using a credit card by default because it is the card in your wallet app.
Better Card payments to casinos carry MCC 7995, and many issuers bill them as a cash advance with a fee and immediate interest. Use a debit card or Interac e-Transfer instead.
Mistake Requesting a withdrawal on Friday night, then cancelling it and playing on over the weekend.
Better Payouts are processed on weekdays. Submit early in the week, leave the request pending, and upload your documents in advance so the 0 to 24 hour check can clear first time.
Two smaller slips come up often too. Sending money from a bank account or wallet in a partner's name fails the name match every time, so keep every method in your own name. And sending crypto on a network other than the one the cashier shows is the one mistake that is hard to undo, so always copy the address and check the network twice.
Finally, set your own limits before you need them. The account has deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, and a deposit limit is the simplest way to keep casino spending inside a monthly budget. If gambling stops feeling like entertainment, the Responsible Gambling Council has free, confidential help for players across Canada.
Was and now: what changed in Canadian casino payments
Canadian casino banking has shifted a lot in the last two years, and older guides still list options that are gone. Here is what used to be true, and what applies at Conquestador today.
- Paying straight from online bankingNow: Interac e-Transfer, both ways, C$10 to C$5,000 per depositWas: Interac Online, retired by Interac during 2024
- InstaDebitNow: closed. iDebit, Trustly and Interac cover the same need on this cashierWas: a common Canadian casino wallet until it stopped on 27 Feb 2026 (balances out by 30 Apr 2026)
- Credit cardsNow: MCC 7995 is widely billed as a cash advance or declined; debit cards are the better card routeWas: often the first card players reached for
- Phone walletsNow: Apple Pay for deposits from C$10 to C$2,000; Google Pay is not on the cashierWas: some older reviews listed Google Pay here too
- Ontario playersNow: the brand left Ontario on 13 Apr 2026 as a business decision and honours withdrawals for six months after that dateWas: available to Ontario players inside the regulated market
- Unplayed depositsNow: play each deposit through once; Casino Guru lists a 15% admin fee on deposits withdrawn unwageredWas: easy to overlook in the terms
The good news is that the core of the cashier is stable. Interac e-Transfer, the e-wallets and crypto have all stayed on the list through these changes, and they are the methods that also pay out. If you last played a couple of years ago and still have InstaDebit or Interac Online in mind, switch to e-Transfer and everything else works the way it used to.
Outside Ontario, Conquestador has been open to Canadians, but whether a particular province can register today is best confirmed on the sign-up page itself. If the site will not load at all, the status page explains what to check. When you are ready, open the Conquestador cashier and the full method list for your account appears after login.
